Hi, I’m Alicia Poole. I’m an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, entrepreneur and working Mom.

 

I used to have moments in my day when my thoughts would get the best of me. I let the worries of what happened yesterday, and what might happen tomorrow take control. I felt tired, on edge, never ahead and numb. Over the past ten years, I have learned how to thrive, not just survive.  The tools I will teach you in the C.A.L.M. Cafe are what I use to keep me focused, feeling good and in the present moment so I don’t let the external world control my life. 

 

The idea for C.A.L.M. Cafe was a result of talking to many of my girlfriends about how they were managing the pandemic stress on top of their everyday work and life stress. The feeling that was consistent among all the conversations was, “I need a break”. 

 

My goal with the C.A.L.M Cafe is to teach you how to experience success on a small scale -- a break or a moment of calm in the day --  so that over time those small breaks will link together and eventually create a chain of calm that will last all day long.

 

I want to share what I have learned, so you can experience the same freedom from the overwhelming pressures of modern life.

I teach more than life hacks, though.  If you create custom tools and apply practice, they will turn into habits. Habits are the ultimate life hack, when the behavior becomes automatic.
